Another angle of the hot tip in the gripper: the flag kind of got in the way. Neither the resistor or thermistor are in. I also filed away a bit of the gripper, since the hot tip had a piece cut away to fit a smaller gripper, and having that filed would mean a bit of a harder time for the tip to just slip out.
